Delivery Area
We are proud to offer shipping services exclusively within the United States, which includes comprehensive support for APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping Fee
At myshopmen.com, we believe in straightforward pricing. Therefore, Standard Shipping is free for all orders. Whether you purchase one pair of sneakers or five, your shipping cost will always be $0.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
To ensure timely processing, orders placed after 10:00 PM (GMT -6) will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time comprises two key phases: handling and transit.
- Handling Time: This phase involves order processing, meticulous packing of your sneakers, and handing them off to our trusted shipping partner. This typically takes 2–3 business days.
- Transit Time: This is the period from when the shipping carrier picks up your package until it reaches your designated address. This usually takes 6–8 business days.
- Total Estimated Time: Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 8–11 business days from the time of purchase.
Please note that “business days” are defined as Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays. We maintain a reasonable basis for our stated shipping times and will promptly notify you of any unforeseen delays, providing options for cancellation and a full refund, in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Shipping Carriers
For domestic deliveries, we primarily partner with reliable carriers such as USPS and FedEx. We are pleased to report that approximately 96% of our orders are delivered on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a direct tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If the tracking information shows no immediate updates, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for the tracking details to appear in their system.
Delayed or Missing Orders
In the rare event that your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around your home or building: Sometimes packages are left in a secure location out of direct sight.
- Contact the shipping carrier: Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to inquire directly with USPS or FedEx.
If, after taking these steps, your order remains unresolved, please do not hesitate to email our dedicated support team at support@myshopmen.com. Based on your preference, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
APO, FPO, DPO Shipping
We are proud to support our military personnel and their families by offering shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
When entering your military address, please use the following format:
- City: APO, FPO, or DPO
- State: AA, AE, or AP
- Country: United States
Please be aware that delivery to these addresses may take up to 40–45 business days due to military mail processing. Additionally, tracking information may be limited once packages enter military areas due to security restrictions. We only ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses located within the U.S.
Multiple Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send products to multiple recipients or locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Tax Policy
A sales tax of 6% is applied to all orders placed on myshopmen.com. This tax is not included in the product listing price you see while browsing. The total price, including all applicable taxes, will be clearly shown at checkout before your payment is processed. Tax is collected in compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
